With the increase in labor costs and the rapid development of mechanized production, the model of machines replacing manual operation has quietly entered all walks of life, and the motor industry is no exception. In particular, the advent of automatic winding machines and automatic winding machines has greatly improved the production efficiency of motors; especially for small motors with small specifications and large-volume production, it is a revolution in processing efficiency.

The most traditional manufacturing processes for motor windings are manual winding, manual embedding, and manual wiring. These processes are not ideal in terms of product consistency, processing quality, or labor efficiency. Working principle and evolution of automatic wire winding machine

A coil embedding machine, also known as a coil insertion machine, is a mechanical production device for embedding coils into the iron core of an electric motor. This equipment includes a frame and a mold frame. The frame consists of a worktable and frame guide columns mounted on the worktable. An upper hydraulic cylinder is mounted on a crossbeam at the top of the frame guide columns. An upper mold push plate is mounted on the upper hydraulic output shaft of the upper hydraulic cylinder. A mold frame is mounted on the worktable, and coil guide strips are mounted on the mold frame. Thrust columns are located on both sides of the coil guide strips. A mold frame guide column is located between the mold frame and the worktable. Elastic elements are installed on the mold frame guide column. A lead wire push tube is located in the center of the coil guide strip. The bottom end of the lead wire push tube is fixed to the worktable, and the top end is equipped with a lead wire head. A lower hydraulic cylinder is located below the worktable. A slot cover pusher is mounted on the lower hydraulic output shaft of the lower hydraulic cylinder, and the slot cover pusher extends between the coil guide strips.

The thread embedding machine includes a mechanical transmission system, a variable frequency speed control system, a comprehensive control system, a touch screen, and a mold. The mold includes several guide teeth and guide bars. The guide teeth are grooved, and the guide bars are fixed in the grooves of the guide teeth. The guide bars are roughly cuboid in shape and have no fixing grooves on their outer surface. The entire automatic thread embedding machine does not include a paper insertion device. This utility model eliminates the paper insertion device in the original fully automatic thread embedding machine and improves the mold structure of the automatic thread embedding machine by removing the fixing grooves on the outer surface of the guide bars and directly using roughly cuboid-shaped guide bars, thus simplifying the structure.

After the automatic winding machine completes the winding, the slot cover paper or bamboo strip is inserted manually. The production efficiency remains basically unchanged, and the product quality is basically the same as before. The improved automatic winding machine has greatly reduced the cost, and at the same time, it has greatly reduced the production cost of stator manufacturers.
