1. Intelligent Device Management System
1.1 Functional Requirements
1.1.1 The functions of the intelligent device management system should include intelligent instrument device configuration, status monitoring and diagnosis, verification management and automatic document recording management.
1.1.2 The intelligent device management system should be able to automatically read valid data from all intelligent devices connected to the system, automatically complete the system's data storage and management, and automatically display the system and device connection status and diagnostic information.
1.1.3 Status signals and specification data of intelligent instruments shall not be used in process control and detection.
1.1.4 The intelligent device management system should be fully compatible with the communication and data exchange of standard intelligent devices.
1.1.5 The intelligent device management system should use standardized databases and documents, and may adopt standardized device description documents.
1.2 Equipment Diagnosis
1.2.1 The intelligent device management system should have diagnostic functions for connected devices and should have alarm functions for abnormal status.
1.2.2 The intelligent device management system should be able to identify short circuits and open circuits in signal lines and issue alarms.
1.3 Configuration Principles
1.3.1 The maintenance operation station of the intelligent equipment management system should be configured according to the number of intelligent equipment, and the maximum number of equipment managed by each maintenance operation station should not exceed 2,000.
1.3.2 The maintenance and operation station of the intelligent device management system should also serve as the intelligent device management data server.
2. Process Data Interface Server
2.1.1 The process data interface (OPC) server, as a data interface for advanced applications or management, should be able to collect and transmit process data in the DCS network.
2.1.2 The process data interface server should be configured separately for each operation partition or third-party application server.
2.1.3 The network interface bandwidth of the process data interface server should not be less than 1Gbps, and its hardware should be configured according to the amount of data stored to fully meet the requirements of real-time data exchange.
3. Software Configuration
3.1 Control and Operation Software
The DCS should be equipped with a complete set of process control software, process monitoring software, and operation software, and the software capacity should be configured according to the maximum configuration of the equipment.
3.2 Engineering Configuration Software
3.2.1 The configuration software should have the function of online modification and download of configuration data.
3.2.2 The DCS system software and configuration software should support offline configuration and debugging.
3.3 Operating System and Software Tools
DCS should be equipped with a complete set of operating system software and necessary tool software.
Software version 3.4
3.4.1 The DCS software should be a tested and mature version.
3.4.2 The use of unreleased beta versions of software is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Software Licensing
3.5.1 All related software for DCS should be licensed official versions.
3.5.2 All hardware, including backup equipment, should be usable simultaneously without software licensing restrictions. When software use requires licensing, the DCS vendor should provide a statistical calculation method and calculate the required quantity based on user needs. For software that does not comply with this clause, the DCS vendor should supplement it free of charge according to the user's actual needs.
3.5.3 The number of software licenses should have a margin of at least 20%, and the number of software license monitoring points should be no less than 1.5 times the maximum number of points in the project.
