I. Overview
TPU lamination involves bonding TPU film to various fabrics to form a composite material, combining the properties of both to create a new type of fabric. TPU can be made into films through casting, blown film, calendering, or coating, possessing superior properties such as good elasticity, toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, and environmental friendliness. Many small factories in China purchase TPU films from external film manufacturers, only handling the adhesive application and lamination process themselves. The subsequent lamination process involves applying high temperature and pressure to the TPU film again; improper process control can damage the film, even causing small holes. Frequency conversion can control the motor speed, allowing for adjustments from slow adhesive application to high speeds during production. Furthermore, if the film is uneven at a certain stage, terminals can be used to control acceleration and deceleration to adjust the motor speed, improving the quality and efficiency of TPU laminated products.
II. Complete Equipment and Working Principle of Adhesive Dosing Machine
A complete glue dispensing machine typically consists of 10 control motors, including the main unit, glue applicator, winding machine, unwinding machine, conveyor, water cooling machine, traction machine, silicone unwinding machine 1, silicone unwinding machine 2, and film unloading machine. The speed of the entire set of motors is controlled by the start and overall control adjustment on the control terminals. When uneven film distribution occurs in a certain section, the corresponding fine-tuning potentiometer of the motor can be used to adjust the frequency of the main unit, glue applicator, unwinding machine, conveyor, and silicone unwinding machines 1 and 2 to achieve consistency, ultimately realizing product production.
III. Functions Implemented on the Glue Dispensing Machine
The functions of the adhesive dosing machine on the TPU laminating machine include: enabling synchronized operation of the entire motor system, achieving multi-speed operation, stable operation, and consistent tension in each segment of the film. Features of the laminating machine include:
1. Dedicated high-efficiency drying oven, improving drying efficiency and reducing energy consumption;
2. Use an anilox roller to apply the adhesive, ensuring even coating.
3. Enables precise synchronous control and multi-point control, with simple operation and maintenance;
4. Individual fine-tuning and overall fine-tuning can achieve acceleration and deceleration;
IV. Application of AC300 in glue dispensing machines
The AC300 machine is used in TPU composite machines. By using the AI port, multiple speeds can be achieved, ensuring consistent operation between the master and slave machines.

Set F05.20 to 2 (static self-learning), display L-00 (downwards), press the FWD run button, the motor enters self-learning mode, which takes a long time, please wait patiently. The motor will make a buzzing sound, self-learning is complete, the display frequency is 50HZ. After self-learning is complete, change F00.00 of the master and slave to 3, change F03.04 of the no-PG vector from 0.08 to 2, and increase the AI filter time to reduce interference. If a secondary rail (auxiliary channel) is required on site, F004 should be changed to 2, F005 to 1, and F006 to 3.
