First, things to note before purchasing
1. When purchasing, please check the usage environment with our sales staff. Do not use in corrosive environments such as those containing sulfur or sulfide gases, as this may cause circuit breakage or poor contact.
2. When selecting a model, please check the usage requirements and motor parameters with our sales staff to ensure the scientific nature of the selection.
Second, precautions for operation and use.
1. This product is manufactured as a precision mechanical part and is widely used in the machinery industry. Please have it operated by technicians with professional knowledge and experience.
2. When operating, please be sure to follow the product's operating instructions.
3. In applications where there are special requirements regarding the installation method of cables or motors , please be sure to contact our sales staff for confirmation to prevent accidents and avoid unnecessary losses.
4. Do not plug or unplug any terminals of this equipment while it is powered on, to prevent damage to the motor and driver.
5. The motor ground wire must be properly grounded.
6. Do not keep the equipment's control signal lines and power lines (main power lines, motor power lines, etc.) in the same conduit or bundled together.
7. Do not touch the moving parts of the motor while it is running.
Third, precautions for subsequent maintenance.
1. When storing the equipment, please note: the temperature should be controlled within -20℃ to +60℃; the humidity should be below 85%; and the equipment should be placed in a dust-free, clean environment free of corrosive gases, grinding fluids, metal powders, and oil.
2. When moving, wiring, maintaining, or inspecting equipment, please disconnect the power supply for at least 3 minutes before proceeding. Even after 2-3 minutes of power disconnection, residual voltage may still be present in the power lines; do not touch the equipment carelessly.
3. Frequent power disconnection/on/off will cause degradation of the main circuit components. After disconnecting the power, please turn it back on after more than one minute. The frequency of switching power supply should be limited to "2 times/3 minutes".
4. When using, please lubricate and maintain the linear guide regularly.
