1. Integrate enterprise management concepts into the MES system, and organically combine management + system = business implementation, production process and MES system;

2. Focus on end users and IT project management methods. Take business as the main focus, streamline processes to meet service objectives, clarify requirements, and define the scale of implementation.

3. Overall planning and phased implementation. Based on the enterprise's internal information technology, and combined with the enterprise's production management level, focus on the problems that urgently need to be solved in the construction of the enterprise's internal information technology;

4. The implementation of the MES system should be carried out from top to bottom. The concept of MES should be deeply ingrained in every level of staff, ensuring the full understanding, participation, and support of those in charge, and the diligent execution of those in operation.

5. In the initial stages of project initiation and knowledge transfer, we should adopt various methods to disseminate a large amount of MES knowledge, from basic to advanced levels, so that relevant personnel become insiders within the MES system, based on my thought patterns.

6. Do not rely entirely on the system to solve all problems in production management. The system is always an auxiliary tool for management. To fully leverage its advantages, it is necessary to use it correctly and reasonably.

As manufacturing enterprises expand, it becomes increasingly difficult for management personnel to directly monitor the factory's on-site conditions. Manual management methods cannot meet the demands of market competition, and report-based management inevitably suffers from delays, errors, and inconsistencies, failing to achieve effective control.

MES software provides interactive functions such as data collection, maintenance management, scheduling, document control, time management, production, material tracking, quality assurance management, resource management, and functional analysis, enabling real-time management of the production line. It can significantly improve the progress of cost control and management activities.

By modeling the enterprise's production process, senior management can obtain real-time, direct data from the production site, and then mine and analyze this data to ensure rapid and accurate decision-making for the enterprise.
