1. Ring light source (LQ-HDRmmnn-C):

The light emission angle is between 0° and 90°.

The 0°~45° angle is a low-angle ring light source. Current applications include scratch detection on the metal frame of mobile phones, scratch and damage detection on smooth surfaces to highlight the outline of objects and the effect of scratches and damage.

A light emission angle of 60°~90° concentrates light onto the surface of the object being tested, highlighting the different characteristics of the object's surface. Application examples include: inductor solder surface detection, pin detection of different data interfaces such as USB interface and network cable interface, golf ball T end face detection, and planar inkjet printing detection.

2. Bar light source (LQ-HBLmmnn-C)

This light source is characterized by its flexible and compact size, which can be adapted to different positions. It is particularly suitable for detecting larger square-shaped objects with significant effects.

Current application examples include crack detection, 1D/2D barcode reading, burr detection on injection molded parts, and text detection on golf ball tees.

3. Four-sided adjustable light source (LQ-SQLmm-C):

Four independently adjustable bar light sources allow for independent brightness control, offering flexible installation and high-brightness, high-precision illumination. Applications include: inspection of four-sided flat packages, QR code reading, and surface inspection of ceramic packaging.

4. Dome-shaped shadowless light source (LQ-DMLmm-C):

After being reflected by the spherical diffuser, light shines smoothly and evenly onto the object being measured, making it suitable for objects with uneven or reflective surfaces. Applications include the inspection of curved surfaces, uneven surfaces, and arc-shaped surfaces; and the inspection of highly reflective surfaces such as metals and glass.

5. Bottom backlight (LQ-HFLmmnn-C):

The bottom-emitting standard backlight can be used on the microscope stage to highlight the shape and contour of the object being measured, and provides high-brightness backlight illumination by a high-density LED array. It can also be used to detect burrs, stains, and scratches on transparent objects.

6. Square shadowless light source (LQ-PSFmm-C):

Suitable for rectangular and irregularly shaped objects, providing a rectangular field of view. Applications include: battery panel wire breakage detection, mobile phone screen protector application, screen protector edge correction, 1D and 2D barcode recognition.

7. AOI Dedicated Light Source (LQ-HRLmmm-RGB):

It features high brightness, good uniformity, and high spatial resolution; three independently controlled ring light sources illuminate the circuit board at different angles (high, medium, and low), effectively highlighting the characteristics of components, electrodes, pads, solder joints, etc., regardless of tilt. Applications include multi-level object inspection, through-hole solder joint inspection, surface mount technology (SMT), and solder inspection.

8. Point Light Source (LQ-PTw-C)

The unique light-focusing effect (light guide column) achieves uniform illumination, which is beneficial for applications including LCD glass circuit detection, glass surface scratch detection, and plug bottom character detection.

9. Linear light source (LQ-LNSmm-C):

Linear light, high-intensity illumination; current applications include: detecting bumps, scratches, and stains on mobile phone casings. Special lenses are used to ensure linear light emission, maintaining uniformity and smoothness.

10. Coaxial light source (LQ-CXLmm-C:

High-intensity, uniform light rays, after passing through a beam splitter, become coaxial with the lens. Special materials are used to suppress ghosting caused by reflections, improving image clarity. Suitable for scratch and lettering detection on highly reflective surfaces. Applications include: laser marking, QR code recognition, and scratch detection on highly reflective object surfaces.
