Working principle and application of triaxial air shaft

2026-04-06 07:31:21 · · #1

Pneumatic shafts are wheel shafts that expand rapidly with air pressure. They are safe and can quickly grip various core tubes without causing wear. Furthermore, the keyways or plates on these pneumatic shafts allow them to descend quickly, enabling rapid separation of the shaft and the core tube. They can be used in a wide range of industrial machinery, and each form can meet the various special design needs of users.

Triaxial air-expanding accelerometers mostly employ piezoresistive, piezoelectric, and capacitive operating principles. The resulting acceleration is proportional to changes in resistance, voltage, and capacitance, and is collected after appropriate amplification and filtering circuits. This is based on the same principle as general accelerometers, so with certain technology, three single-axis accelerometers can be combined into a triaxial accelerometer. Regarding most sensor applications, two-axis accelerometers have long been sufficient for most needs.

The air shaft allows for easy separation and placement of the winding tube with a mere 2-second inflation/deflation process. Tube placement is simple, convenient, safe, and applicable to all machinery and equipment used for winding and unwinding. Air shafts range in length from six meters or more to several hundred millimeters, tailored to user requirements. As an independently designed component, the air shaft is available in sizes from 1 inch to 12 inches, with dimensions determined by the customer's specific needs. It is suitable for equipment used in slitting, printing, rewinding, coating, laminating, bag making, papermaking, and other related winding processes.

Air shafts are suitable for any machine that performs winding, unwinding, and slitting operations, including those in the light metal industry. For example, air shafts are primarily used in printing equipment such as plate-making machines, flexographic printing machines, gravure printing machines, and label printing machines. Other suitable machines include coating machines, leather processing machines, setting machines, embossing machines, slitting machines, die-cutting machines, rewinding machines, paper tube machines, bag making machines, laminating machines, film coating machines, blown film machines, foaming machines, coating machines, embossing machines, papermaking machines, non-woven fabric machines, fabric inspection machines, hot stamping machines, battery equipment, and other related machinery.
