The cutting robot system is an intelligent pipe repair device. This product features a powerful pneumatic cutting system, a stable operating system, and a robust chassis. The powerful 9KW pneumatic cutting motor boasts the highest concrete cutting efficiency among similar international products.

The cable reel is designed to be portable and can be easily towed to the next work location;

The German-imported cutting head can cut through various pipe blockages, including concrete, steel bars, plastic, and tree roots.

The cutting arm boasts the highest flexibility, capable of axial rotation of 400° and radial lifting of 90°, while the pneumatic motor joint can also rotate 90°. This allows for omnidirectional grinding of pipe obstructions.

It uses a universal 17-inch monitor, avoiding the problem of equipment incompatibility due to image or display unit failure;

The unique reversing sensor prevents the vehicle from reversing when the hose cable is slack, thus preventing the vehicle from running over the hose and causing damage to the equipment's hose cable.

The cutting and grinding process is precisely controlled by a high-precision joystick to avoid damaging the pipe wall. The modular design allows the vehicle to be equipped with MULTISAN and SatelliteSystem for branch pipe joint and branch pipe repair; it can also be equipped with QUICKLOCK for stainless steel sleeve repair of localized pipe defects.

The self-tightening cutting head is installed and secured in the same direction as the cutting and grinding rotation. Simply screw the cutting head on gently during installation.
