What precautions should be taken when assembling a coreless motor ? Shenzhen Five Stars Coreless Motor Manufacturer shares the following with you:
1. The motor has excellent overall performance when it operates at its nominal rated voltage. It is recommended that the operating voltage be designed to be as close as possible to the rated voltage when designing mobile phone circuits.
2. The control module that supplies power to the motor should have its output impedance as low as possible to prevent a significant drop in output voltage under load, which would affect the vibration.
3. When checking or testing the stall current of a column motor, the stall time should not be too long (preferably less than 5 seconds). This is because all the input power is converted into heat energy (P=I2R) during stall. If the stall time is too long, the coil temperature may rise too high and deform, affecting the function.
4. When designing the positioning slot for a motor with a mounting bracket, the gap between it and the phone case should not be too large, otherwise additional vibration (mechanical noise) may occur. Using a rubber sleeve for fixing can effectively avoid mechanical noise, but it should be noted that the positioning slot on the phone case and the rubber sleeve should be interference fit, otherwise it will affect the vibration output of the motor and reduce the vibration.
5. Avoid approaching strong magnetic areas during transfer or use, otherwise the magnets of the motor may be distorted, affecting its function.
