1. Overview
Cold metal controllers are specifically designed for measuring distances to both stationary and moving objects.
Main features:
• Maintains high measurement accuracy and reliability even in harsh outdoor environments.
• The maximum measurement range is up to 100 meters .
• Uses a visible laser beam, making it easy to aim at the object being measured.
• Flexible and expandable connection cables facilitate power supply, level signals, digital output, and analog output.

2. System Principles
The cold metal controller uses the phase comparison principle for measurement. The controller emits visible laser beams of different frequencies, receives the scattered laser light reflected from the object being measured, compares the received laser signal with a reference signal, and finally uses a microprocessor to calculate the distance between objects corresponding to the phase shift, achieving millimeter- level measurement accuracy.
