Synchronization scheme for the control system of a straight-line wire drawing machine

I. System Requirements Description:

In the application of linear wire drawing equipment, multiple motors are required to drive different die transmission points simultaneously and operate stably at a set linear speed. Especially during the process of system acceleration or deceleration, synchronization is required at all times. During the operation, these transmission points will inevitably experience stretching and slippage, which necessitates fast and accurate synchronous control of these motors.

III. Description of the Blue Ocean Huateng Solution:

The system employs a composite control approach. The primary speed setpoint is identical at each traction control point, but each traction control point requires position feedback to reflect any speed differences. These speed differences are eliminated through PID control. The primary speed setpoint can be provided in various ways, such as analog input, high-speed pulse input, RS-485 communication, or communication with a bus adapter.
