The system commissioning process after routine maintenance of the PLC control system is as follows:
After inspecting and confirming that all connections in the system are accurate, power on the relevant modules until the indicator lights on the cards show normal operation.
The system startup process after scheduled maintenance is as follows:
① Power Supply. Turn on the power supply equipment (including UPS and STOP switches), close the power circuit breaker, and close all DC circuit circuit breakers. Close all PLC PS power switches.
② After the PLC self-test is completed, the PLC should be in the following states: DC power supply is normal, green light is on. All PLCs are in STOP mode, yellow light is on. The CPU is not in sync mode, RED light is on.
③ Start the PLC. Switch the CPU from STOP mode to RUN mode when it is in Master mode. The CPU's RUN indicator light will be green, indicating successful startup.
④ Establish communication. Switch the communication module CP340 to RUN mode.
⑤ Start the operator station or engineer station. Connect the PC to the power supply, boot into the Windows system, then enter WinCC, activate WinCC, and put it into runtime mode to establish communication with the PLC. At this point, the entire system begins to operate.
The system shutdown process is as follows: Once it is confirmed that the control system is ready for maintenance, and the process operators agree to hand over all PLC system operation rights, exit the monitoring program, exit the operation system and shut down the machine in accordance with the correct procedures. Then, first turn off the sub-power switch, and then turn off the main power switch.
