2. Assembly Instructions for Synchronous Belt and Synchronous Pulley:
When assembling a timing belt and timing pulley, customers should pay attention to the following: never install the timing belt and timing pulley too tightly, otherwise the lead screw may break. This is often the reason why the lead screw shaft breaks.
3. Coupling assembly instructions:
First, make sure to confirm the brand and dimensions of the motor before placing an order.
Secondly, due to varying customer habits, the couplings on GGII linear slides are not fully tightened when shipped from the factory. Customers must tighten the couplings again after placing the motor into the slide and assembling it. PS: Many customers assume the couplings are already tightened and therefore forget to do so, simply placing the motor shaft in. Not tightening the coupling can lead to excessive noise and potential stalling of the electric slide during operation.
