New Product Introduction
With the establishment of Industry 4.0 smart factories, "multi-screen display" and "remote monitoring" have become increasingly widespread application requirements. Weintek Technology has already developed the cMT series products to meet customer needs for different sizes. However, based on the existing cMT3151, we have launched a new 9.7-inch model, the cMT3090. In addition to a high-specification dual-core Cortex-A9 1GHz CPU and a high-resolution 1024x768 LCD, the software utilizes Weintek Technology's proprietary cMT monitoring software, cMTViewer. Users can achieve "multi-screen display" and "remote monitoring" of the cMT HMI screen whether running the cMT-iV5 (wired) or a wireless iOS or Android smartphone/tablet.
Furthermore, user monitoring of machines is no longer limited to operating single devices; it now involves running a wider variety of third-party applications to comprehensively monitor the entire factory's equipment. Weintek's cMT series Windows-based Smart HMI products meet this user need, enabling more advanced data processing applications. The cMT-iPC15 Smart HMI not only won the 2016 Control Engineering China Editor's Choice Award for its product design but has also received widespread user recognition. Therefore, to meet customers' needs for various sizes, we have also launched the new 9.7-inch model, the cMT-iPC10, to continue the high performance and stability of the cMT Smart HMI.
cMT intelligent human-machine interface + cMT human-machine interface provide users with the best solution for smart factory applications.
The cMT intelligent HMI not only supports cMTViewer's monitoring mode, but can also simultaneously monitor the displays of up to 50 cMT HMIs. It can also run the EasyLauncher application software management tool. With just a few simple steps, the cMT intelligent HMI screen can be transformed into a smartphone-like interface, allowing users to create various apps on the display page. This enables users to quickly run third-party applications while monitoring the HMI screen. For example, to track past machine operation data/event records, switch to Excel to view the reports; to consult the machine's operation manual, switch to PDFreader software; and to modify the PLC program, switch to PLC editing software to upload/download PLC data files.
cMT3090 & cMT3151 models create an industrial IoT environment
To meet users' needs for parallel machine monitoring and data transmission through two-way communication between the field and the host system, Weintek's R&D team has incorporated the most commonly used communication protocols for industrial IoT: MQTT and OPCUA server/client into the cMT3090 & cMT3151. This makes the cMT3090 & cMT3151 not only human-machine interfaces for operating machines, but also communication gateways for industrial IoT, converting and publishing data from connected devices to the IoT system.
