Routine maintenance

1) When the fiber laser marking machine is not working, the power supply to the marking machine and the computer should be turned off.

2) When the machine is not in use, cover the field lens with the lens cap to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lenses.

3) The circuit is under high voltage when the machine is working. Do not attempt to repair it if you are not a professional, in order to avoid electric shock.

4) Power should be cut off immediately if any malfunction occurs in this machine.

5) Over time, dust from the air will accumulate on the lower surface of the focusing lens. This can reduce laser power and affect marking results, or even cause the optical lens to overheat and crack. When marking results are poor, carefully check the surface of the focusing lens for contamination.

6) If the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated, the focusing lens should be removed and its lower surface cleaned.

7) Be especially careful when removing the focusing lens to avoid damaging or dropping it; also, do not touch the lens surface with your hands or other objects.

8) The cleaning method is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical grade) and ether (analytical grade) in a ratio of 3:1, soak a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper in the mixture, and gently wipe the lower surface of the focusing lens. The cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced after each side is wiped.

9) Do not move the marking machine while it is in operation to avoid damaging the machine.

10) Do not cover or place other items on the marking machine to avoid affecting the machine's heat dissipation.
