I. Features of the 200smart PLC:

Feature 1: Wide variety of models

Divided into: Economy Type C and Standard Type R

The standard type R includes:

Relay output R is more adaptable to different environments.

When the transistor output T operates frequently, the response speed is faster.

The following are examples of the economical C category:

Relay output R

Distributed by points: 20, 30, 40, 60

The maximum number of points supported by a CPU is 60; for a 200 PLC, the maximum is 40.

In the PLC's point count, the input:output ratio is 3:2.

The 200smart economy PLC does not support expansion.

Feature 2: The 200smart comes with a built-in signal board expansion; it increases communication ports without requiring additional control cabinets.

Feature 3: It has a high-speed chip, which is one-third faster than a 200 PLC;

Feature 4: It has an Ethernet port, which can be used directly for communication;

1. From an economic point of view, it's cheaper; you don't need to buy PPI cables.

2. Faster speed;

3. It can be used for touchscreen connections;

However, the Smart's 485 port cannot download programs;

Feature 5: Equipped with 3-axis pulse output for controlling stepper motors;

A 200 PLC (transistor) can control 2 axes with a maximum frequency of 20kHz.

Except for the 20-point PLC, the 200SMART can reach 100kHz and has 3 axes;

Feature 6: Includes an SD card slot;

1. Can be used to initialize the PLC;

2. Upgrade the PLC firmware;

3. It can be used to download programs; (the program is downloaded to the card via software, and then the card is used in other PLCs)

Feature 7: Software Features

1. Supports drag and drop;

2. The main program, subroutines, and interrupt routines are distinguished by different colors;

Feature 8: Perfect integration;

1. The Smart PLC is easy to connect with corresponding touch screens, frequency converters, and servo drives;

II. SC20 Hardware Structure:

1. The 485 port cannot download programs, but it has other functions;

2. Ethernet port for downloading programs; it can also be used to connect to a touchscreen, etc.

3. Signal board; can be expanded to 4 types;

4. SD card slot;

5. Indicator lights

6. Extension modules;

7. The wiring terminals can be pried open; connect the wires, and then reinstall them.

Hardware structure and functions:

1. Ethernet port

(1) Download the program; (2) Connect the touch screen; (3) Communicate with the PLC (data exchange between PLCs); One port can connect 8 PLCs or 8 touch screens, and can connect 1 PG;

2. 485 port, standard 485 port

(1) Numbers 3 and 8 are used for communication; (2) It can connect to touch screens (PPI) and frequency converters (USS), supports Modbus RTU, and has a free port.

3. Indicator lights

(1) The indicator light for LINK network cable communication will light up when it is working properly;

(2) Run indicator lights

4. Extended signal board

(1) Signal board can support battery board, and can resume operation after power failure if clock function is used;

(2) It can add 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs; the address will be automatically assigned;

(3) It can be expanded to include one analog output; (sometimes the cabinet does not allow expansion)

(4) Add a communication board that supports RS232 or RS485 communication, and configure it during hardware configuration; (this communication has the same function as the original RS485 port)

The original one was COM0, and the newly added one is COM1;

5. Input/output terminals;

(1) When replacing the same PLC, you can pry open the terminals that are already connected and install them on the new PLC without having to reconnect each wire one by one.

(2) The top is the input, and the bottom is the output;

6. PLC power supply

(1) The power supply of the PLC depends on whether the PLC is selected as a relay output, in which case it is connected to 220V AC; if it is a transistor output, it is connected to 220V AC.

DC24V power supply;

(2) 24V sensor power supply, which can be used to connect the sensor; this power supply is usually not used to power the sensor, but it is sometimes used during testing;

7. SD card

(1) After the SD card is inserted, it will flash and then stop flashing, indicating that the update is complete;

8. Pin-type expansion

(1) It can only be extended in a straight line because of the pin-type connection;

9. PLC input, output, expansion and other related characteristics:

The rated power supply for digital inputs is DC24V, 4mA.

Digital output: Transistor-based source output, voltage range: 20.4-28.8VDC (current 0.5A).

Relay voltage range: 5-30VDC or 5-250VAC (current 2.0A)

10. High-speed input/output

Supports 4-channel high-speed counter input;

Standard type: Single-phase input, frequency up to 200kHz; Dual-phase input, 100kHz.

Economy model: Single-phase input up to 100kHz; Dual-phase input up to 50kHz.

High-speed pulse axis output: only the ST20 supports 2 axes at 100kHz, while other standard models support 3 axes at 100kHz.
