L7 General Purpose AC Servo System
The L7 general-purpose AC servo system is the result of sixteen years of research and development and seven generations of upgrades by Leadshine Intelligent. It includes three communication types: EtherCAT bus, RS485 , and pulse.
Since its launch a year ago, the L7 series has been widely used in automation equipment in industries such as electronics manufacturing, laser, engraving, injection molding robots, machine tools, logistics, textiles, medical, and new energy, thanks to its many advantages such as high performance, high quality, high stability, and ease of use. It has received unanimous praise!
The numerous parameters of a servo system may lead engineers to mistakenly believe that servo parameter configuration is tedious and complex. However, in reality, for general control applications, only a few key parameters need to be mastered, and servo parameter configuration is not difficult at all.
This video will explain the basic parameter configuration of the L7 series of general-purpose AC servo systems (Note: This training content applies to the L7 Pulse series and L7RS series; the relevant settings for the L7EC series will be covered in a separate lecture).
This video lesson covers:
Part 01
Controller instructions
The controller command page is mainly used to set the control mode and related parameters.
Part 02
IO settings
The IO settings page is mainly for configuring IO and monitoring IO status.
Part 03
Software reset
After the parameters are configured, the driver usually needs to be powered off and restarted to take effect. We can use the reset function of MS debugging software to replace the driver's power-off and restart.
That concludes this video segment. Stay tuned for more great video tutorials.
