L7 General Purpose AC Servo System
The L7 general-purpose AC servo system is the result of sixteen years of research and development and seven generations of upgrades by Leadshine Intelligent. It includes three communication types: EtherCAT bus, RS485 , and pulse.
Since its launch a year ago, the L7 series has been widely used in automation equipment in industries such as electronics manufacturing, laser, engraving, injection molding robots, machine tools, logistics, textiles, medical, and new energy, thanks to its many advantages such as high performance, high quality, high stability, and ease of use. It has received unanimous praise!
After years of development, EtherCAT has gained industry recognition and praise for its ultra-high speed, low cost, flexibility, ease of use, and openness. Servo drive products based on the EtherCAT protocol are also being used more and more widely.
Mastering the debugging of EtherCAT bus servo systems has become a mandatory course for application engineers. To address the debugging challenges of bus servos, Leadshine Intelligent has made special developments in its MS debugging software to help users more easily utilize EtherCAT bus servos.
This video will use the L7EC series as an example to explain this simple and quick method in detail .
This video lesson content
Part 01
object dictionary
This function page is mainly for adjusting and modifying object dictionary parameters, including reading parameter files, saving parameter files as, uploading parameters from the driver, sending parameters to the driver, comparing parameters, saving parameters, and restoring parameters to factory settings.
Part 02
402 Observer
The 402 observer primarily monitors key operational statuses, and this page makes it easier to analyze those statuses.
Part 03
Diagnostic device
The diagnostic tool monitors and diagnoses the bus's operational status, and is divided into an operational observation area and a register observation area. This page makes it easier to analyze and locate operational faults.
That concludes this video segment. Stay tuned for more great video tutorials.
