The main advantages of the SM6751Q are: support for an input range of 2.4 to 6V; equipped with a high-efficiency step-up regulator and LDO regulator; featuring an I2C-Programmable VCOM calibrator; and integrated memory for multiple protection functions including detection of overheating, high voltage, and high current.
In addition, the SM6751Q supports high-efficiency, high-frequency switching regulator operation and can utilize small external components such as inductors and capacitors to achieve optimal miniaturization and cost reduction. Currently, the SM6751Q is available in a 4x5mm QFN 28-pin package.
