The output shaft of the reducer is directly hammered. Since the layout of the output shaft of the reducer cannot withstand axial hammering, a screw can be screwed into the threaded hole at the end of the shaft to press it into the assembly.

2. Vent caps are required for the equipment.
Before use, replace the high-level blockage with a vent plug to ensure that gases are released from the reducer during operation. Failure to replace it in time will result in prolonged operation of the reducer, causing the gas inside to overheat and damage the oil seal, leading to oil leakage.
3. Replace lubricating oil promptly.
Special attention should be paid to oil changes. In addition, in harsh working environments with high temperatures and high dust levels, the gearbox should be inspected every half month. If dirt is found, the lubricating oil should be changed immediately to keep the lubricating oil clean and extend its service life.
