I. Instrument Introduction
The ATDS-50A fully automated thermal desorption instrument is a next-generation product independently developed and launched by our company, directly targeting a wide range of users both domestically and internationally. This instrument is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of various gases with boiling points below 350℃ in chemical building materials, food, atmospheric, and indoor environments. It can be connected to any domestic or foreign gas chromatograph or gas chromatography -mass spectrometry ( GC - MS ) system . Its automation level , repeatability, and sensitivity fully meet the latest national environmental testing standards. Furthermore, it possesses unique functional advantages and a satisfactory performance-to-price ratio . Featuring a fully automated design, a large touchscreen display, and easier operation, this new generation of fully automated thermal desorption instrument can continuously run 50 samples.
two, Instrument features and main functions
1. It can automatically process 50 samples without the need for personnel to be on duty;
2. It is equipped with two priority sample positions, which allows customers to quickly analyze samples that need to be analyzed in a timely manner during the instrument's sequential operation;
3. The Simple-Lock sealing technology is used to achieve automatic cap removal and cap re-capping of the sampling tube , as well as automatic gas leakage detection .
4. It features self-test upon startup, fault alarms and prompts, and employs three-axis robotic arm technology for precise positioning.
5. The computer has a USB communication interface, and all parameters and methods are set on the PC . It features a 7- inch large LCD touch screen and is controlled by a microcomputer program.
6. Through time programming, functions such as dry blowing, purge adsorption, desorption, sample injection, and backflush cleaning can be automatically realized.
7. The gas path uses passivated tubing, and the sample transfer tube and injection valve have an automatic backflush function to avoid cross-contamination between different samples.
8. Electronic cooling and a two-stage thermal desorption process were employed to ensure narrow chromatographic peak shapes.
9. This machine has a built-in standard sample simulation sampling function, which makes it easy to obtain working curves;
10. To make it more convenient and accurate to use with imported gas chromatographs, this instrument is also equipped with a dedicated interface for various imported instruments, making connection easy;
11. More than 20 editing methods for easy editing, saving, and recall;
12. Added features such as Chinese/English switching, user management, and logs;
13. The injection side hole needle is easy to replace and can be connected to GC injection ports of all models, both domestic and international.
