The ATDS-20B fully automatic dual-channel secondary thermal desorption instrument is a next-generation product independently developed and launched by our company, directly targeting GNW 's vast user base. This instrument is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of various gases with boiling points below 350℃ in chemical building materials, food, DQ (distilled gas ) , and indoor environments . It can be connected to any domestic or foreign gas chromatograph and GC -MS . Its automation level, repeatability, and sensitivity meet the latest national standards for environmental testing, and it possesses the functional advantages of DT (Distilled Gas Chromatography) and offers a satisfactory performance-to-price ratio . Featuring a fully automated design, a large touchscreen display, and convenient operation, this new generation of fully automatic thermal desorption instrument can continuously run 20 samples.
two, Instrument features and main functions
1 . It can automatically run two 20- position ( 40 ) samples without the need for personnel to be on duty;
2. Power-on self-test, fault alarm and prompt, automatic positioning and calibration of sample tray;
3. Computer USB communication interface, all parameters and methods are set on the PC , 7- inch large LCD touch screen , microcomputer program control;
3 . Microcomputer program control, its main functions include:
(1) Method parameter settings, real-time animation display of working status, and running time;
(2) The desorption zone, injection valve, sample transfer tube, and secondary desorption zone are all individually heated and temperature-controlled.
(3) Set the analysis program and press the run button to automatically complete the analysis of all samples;
(4) It can simultaneously start GC and chromatography data processing workstations, and can also be started with external programs;
4. This machine has a built-in standard sample simulation sampling function, which makes it easier to create working curves using a thermal desorption instrument;
5. Through time programming, it can automatically realize functions such as dry blowing, purge adsorption, desorption, sample injection, and backflush cleaning;
6. The gas path uses passivated tubing, and the sample transfer tube and injection valve have an automatic backflush function to avoid cross-contamination between different samples.
7. Narrow chromatographic peaks were obtained by employing electronic cooling and a two-stage thermal desorption process with BZ .
8. This machine has a built-in standard sample simulation sampling function, which facilitates the acquisition of working curves;
9. To make it more convenient to use with imported gas chromatographs , this instrument is also equipped with ZY interfaces for various imported instruments , making connection easy;
