Processing equipment : 3 CNC milling machines , 8 EDM machines, 4 wire cutting machines , 3 large drilling machines and 4 small drilling machines, 1 large grinding machine and 1 small grinding machine , 3 ordinary milling machines, and a CNC machining center . Logistics and transportation services : One- year mold warranty , repairs during the warranty period. Remarks : During the mold production process, we will provide customers with mold progress updates and photos every week . 1. The mold cavity and core are made of P20 steel , and the mold frame is made of 45# steel . 2. Normal mold life is no less than 300,000 cycles. 3. One- year mold warranty , repairs during the warranty period. 4. Mold opening time is calculated from the date of prepayment, with sample delivery within 45 days. 5. Payment method: 50% prepayment , balance to be paid before mold shipment upon acceptance. 6. During the mold production process, we will provide your company with mold progress updates and photos every week. 7. The mold has a one-month effective period. 8.
