Main features

It meets all on-site testing requirements. It can test various traditional relays and protection devices, as well as various modern microprocessor-based protection devices, and is particularly convenient for testing transformer differential protection and automatic transfer switch devices.

1. It has a standard four-phase voltage and three-phase current output simultaneously, with a voltage of 125V per phase and a current of 40A per phase.

Three-phase current in parallel can reach 120A.

2. All technical indicators fully meet the standards of DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-based Test Devices for Relay Protection" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.

5. The main control board adopts a DSP+FPGA structure with 16-bit DAC output, which can generate a high-density sine wave of 2000 points per cycle for the fundamental frequency, greatly improving the waveform quality and enhancing the accuracy of the tester.

6. The power amplifier adopts a high-fidelity linear power amplifier, which ensures both accuracy at low currents and stability at high currents.

7. It uses a USB interface to communicate directly with a PC without any adapter cables, making it convenient to use.

8. Can be connected to a laptop to run. The laptop and industrial control computer use the same software, so there is no need to relearn how to operate it.

9. Equipped with GPS synchronization testing function. The device can be equipped with a built-in GPS synchronization card (optional) and connected to a PC via RS232 port to enable two testing instruments to perform synchronous switching tests remotely.

10. Equipped with an independent DC auxiliary voltage source output, with output voltages of 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A) respectively. This is for use by relays or protection devices that require DC operating power.

11. It has a software self-calibration function, which avoids the need to open the chassis and adjust the potentiometer to calibrate the accuracy, thus greatly improving the stability of the accuracy.
