The Tengyang ride-on electric sweeper is a modern, innovative, high-performance, easy-to-operate, and wide-area cleaning device. The following is a description of the functions of each part of the Tengyang ride-on electric sweeper :
First, turn on the main power supply, then turn on the key switch to power on the sweeper.
1. Main brush and side brush
1. Turn on the one-button cleaning switch on the dashboard, press down to automatically lower the main brush and side brushes to clean simultaneously (the vacuum cleaner fan will turn on), and walk forward to clean the dirt on the floor.
2. Once cleaning is complete, turn off the one-button cleaning function. The main brush and side brushes will automatically lift and stop rotating (the vacuum cleaner fan will stop).
2. Pedal: To clean large debris (such as stones, leaves, boxes, etc.), step on the pedal and drive at low speed over the area that needs to be cleaned. The main brush can sweep large debris into the debris bin.
Three: Dust shaking
1. The dust removal switch vibrates once every 10-15 minutes (when cleaning stops) (vibration duration 5-10 seconds).
2. Shake the dust adsorbed on the filter element into the dirt box to allow the filter element to clean up dust.
3. Clean the accumulated dirt on the fan impeller every 10-15 days to prevent the fan from becoming unbalanced and vibrating, which would affect the dust collection effect.
4. Dust suppression by spraying
1. Turn on the dust suppression spray switch when there is a lot of dust on the road surface.
2. Turn on the water tank outlet switch; the water pump must not run dry.
3. The purpose of spray dust suppression is to moisten the dust, thus making it easier to clean.
5. Headlights, turn signals, horn
The headlight switch is convenient for nighttime or basement work. It is equipped with turn signals and a horn.
Six: Dirty Bin
1. The cleaned dirt enters the rear dirt bin, which is locked with an anti-fall-off lock.
2. If dirt is found sprayed outwards from the main brush or falling from the back during cleaning, please check if the dirt tank is full or if the main brush needs adjustment.
