A: This platform is exclusive to Zhongcheng Zhuoyue and has the following features:

Question 2: What aspects of product data can it detect?
A: The testing platform testing process consists of three steps. Step 1: Pre-aging – Most problems can be detected at this stage, preventing them from flowing into the next stage; Step 2: During aging – Damage to components or poor soldering can be detected; Step 3: Post-aging – Subdivided into multiple test items, currently including dozens of major items and thousands of minor items.
Question 3: What were the challenges during the design process?
A: Due to the constraints of foreign technology, there was no experience to draw upon, so we had to explore on our own. From establishing the project, building the team, collecting data, writing software, designing hardware, setting standards, etc., everything started from scratch. There was no copying or reference. The entire R&D process took nearly three years, and the most difficult part was collecting and organizing the test data.
Question 4: Is the testing process complicated? How long does it take?
A: The testing process is very simple and is included in the production flow. After the entire machine is assembled, it is directly tested on the platform. Once it meets the standards, it is packaged and shipped. Furthermore, the testing cabinet is designed for ease of use; the testing machine is simply hung on a nail, making installation quick and easy. Testing time varies depending on the product type and customer requirements, ranging from 4 to 96 hours.

A: Currently, Zhongcheng Zhuoyue has 9 aging test platforms in its factory, with hardware costs alone reaching 3 million yuan.
