3. Configuration:
Wireless Sensor: Configure the ID number into the intelligent wireless data acquisition device.
485 Sensors: Configure the device address to the monitoring system.
4. Fix the sensor at the location where the measurement is required.
Magnetic type: The sensor is directly attached to the vibration measurement position of the equipment.
Bolted type: Tighten the ∮8×10mm bolts at the bottom of the sensor onto the equipment.
The vibration measurement location.
Vibrations with the same root mean square velocity value within the 10–1000 Hz frequency band are considered to have the same intensity. In order to make different rotating machines use the same intensity standard for evaluation, this standard classifies rotating machines into four categories based on the size and function of the machine (mass and size of the vibrating body, output power of the machine, etc.) and the rigidity of the machine-support system.
Standard: GB3215-82
During pump operation, the maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 80°C.
Standard: JB/T5294-91
The bearing temperature rise must not exceed 40°C above the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80°C.
