According to the U.S. National Electrical Code (NEC), flammable and explosive locations containing combustible gases or vapors, flammable liquids, flammable dust, combustible fibers, etc., are classified as hazardous locations.
It is understood that this cable connector has obtained CSA, cUS and NEC certifications in North America, IECEx certification (International Electrotechnical Commission Explosion-proof Electrical Products Certification System) internationally, ATEX certification in Europe, and other certifications such as ABS, DNV, and Lloyd, proving that it is suitable for harsh environments with temperatures ranging from -60℃ to 105℃, and also allows the addition of a gasket to make the connection more secure.
TPC Cables states that this cable connector offers superior durability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for power supply systems in applications such as pumps, filters, scales, flow meters, and industries including oil refining, paint manufacturing, waste management, agriculture, recycling, motion control, textiles, and marine applications.
