1. Operating temperature range
Lithium iron phosphate battery packs should be used under the following ambient temperature conditions:
Charging ambient temperature: −10℃~55℃; Discharging ambient temperature: −20℃~60℃.
II. Electrical Performance
The performance of cells within the battery module must be consistent. All cells within the battery module should be manufactured by the same company, have the same structure, and the same chemical composition, and meet the following requirements:
(1) The difference between the maximum and minimum static open-circuit voltages between the cells within the battery module should not exceed 0.05V;
(2) The difference between the maximum and minimum static internal resistance of each cell in the battery module should meet the following requirements: for cells below 10mW, the absolute value of the deviation should not exceed 0.5mW; for cells above 10mW, the deviation should not exceed 5% of the average value.
(3) The difference between the maximum and minimum capacity of each cell in the battery module should not exceed ±1% of the average value.
3. Capacity retention rate. The capacity of the lithium-ion battery pack should not be less than 95% of the rated value.
4. Cycle life. The cycle life of the battery pack should be 800 to 2000 cycles.
5. High temperatures accelerate aging and lifespan. Industrial lithium-ion batteries, after being charged and discharged according to regulations, should show no obvious deformation, corrosion, smoke, or explosion, and their detection cycle count should be no less than 52 times.
6. Electromagnetic compatibility
(1) Electrostatic discharge immunity. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of Grade 4 of GB/T17626.2-2006; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it shall be able to work normally.
(2) Conducted disturbance limits. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of YD/T983-1998 Level b; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it shall be able to work normally.
(3) Radiated disturbance limits. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of YD/T983-1998 Level b; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it shall be able to work normally.
(4) Surge (impact) immunity. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of Grade 4 of GB/T17626.5-2008; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it shall be able to work normally.
