Residential solar power not only brings benefits to people but also saves energy and is environmentally friendly. So, what are the key points to pay attention to during the installation of residential solar power systems?
1. The verticality deviation of the bracket shall not exceed ±1mm per meter, and the angular deviation of the bracket shall not exceed ±1 degree. The bracket installation should be neat and tidy, with the rear column perpendicular to the installation surface and the main keel parallel to the installation surface. The mechanical mounting holes of the components should be located near the two main keels. Therefore, when installing the bracket, the distance between the two main keels of the bracket should be 867-1067mm.
2. The photovoltaic bracket is grounded through a 40*4 mm galvanized flat iron.
Flat roof support installation method and steps:
First, clean the roof of debris, then use a measuring tape to measure the foundation installation location on the roof and place the foundation there.
Use an impact drill to drill holes in the concrete foundation. The hole depth is determined by the foundation thickness and the bolt length. The bolt diameter is M10. (Treat any impurities on the bolt threads before pre-embedding them in the foundation).
Use an air pump to suck out or blow out debris from the hole to ensure it is clean; place the expansion bolt into the hole and gently tap it in with a non-metallic hammer such as a wooden mallet or leather mallet, leaving a 30mm gap between the bolt and the hole opening;
Install the base beam or base, align the holes in the base beam or base with the bolts, and tighten the nuts with a wrench; (fix other foundation bases in the same way as above), measure the installation position of the rear column according to the bracket angle, and fix the base to the rear column with bolts;
The inclined beam is fixed by using angle brackets to secure it to the rear support column, and bolts are used to connect the inclined beam to the base.
Fix the keel. Determine the keel installation position according to the component mounting holes. Keep the distance between the keel and the mounting holes within ±100mm. The distance between the two end edges of the component and the inclined beam should be 200-300mm. Use special nuts to fix the keel to the inclined beam.
Before installing the components, determine the installation height. The bottom glass surface of the component should be 300mm from the ground. Use side clamps to secure the component, first fixing the bottom clamps to prevent the component from slipping. The component frame should be 20-30mm away from both ends of the keel. Two people are required to work together during fixing, using a string line or level to ensure the overall parallelism of the component.
