●Dry uniaxial stretching production line

The dry-process uniaxial stretching production line uses PP or PE as the main raw material, mixes various grades of auxiliary materials, and thoroughly stirs them. After transverse stretching, it is wound and slit to produce wet-process biaxially stretched lithium-ion battery separators. Equipped with high-precision testing instruments and employing production processes jointly developed with renowned Chinese research institutions, the company primarily produces lithium-ion battery separators with thicknesses ranging from 8μm to 25μm.

The wet-process biaxially stretched lithium-ion battery separator production line uses lithium-ion battery separator materials that can be categorized into several types: woven membranes, nonwoven membranes (non-woven fabrics), microporous membranes, composite membranes, separator paper, and rolled membranes. Polyolefin materials possess excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability, and relatively low cost; therefore, polyolefin microporous membranes such as polyethylene and polypropylene were used as lithium-ion battery separators in the early stages of lithium-ion battery research and development.
