However, what issues should be considered when replacing the stepper motor in a product with a servo motor in a brushless motor driver?
A. To better ensure that the changes to the automatic control system are not significant, a digital display servo control system should be adopted, and the original single-pulse control method can still be used;
B. Because servo motors manufactured by Jinan brushless motor drivers all have a certain load capacity, when selecting a servo motor, experience suggests that the rated torque of the servo motor can be determined by referring to 1/3 of the output torque of the stepper motor used.
C. The rated transmission ratio of a servo motor is much higher than that of a stepper motor. In order to make better use of the characteristics of a servo motor, it is best to use a speed reduction device to allow the servo motor to operate at a speed close to its rated value. This also allows for the selection of a motor with lower output power to control costs.

Unless otherwise specified, the motor should be mounted radially and horizontally on the test support frame as required by GB/T7345. The servo motor driver should be installed according to all normal operating procedures as required by the product-specific technical standards. The driver should be installed and tested in a manner that closely simulates its actual application location.

Many customers mistakenly believe that servo motors and stepper motors are not much different and that their applications should be similar. This is not the case; there are significant differences, and the appropriate choice should be made based on the specific application. In fact, when the load on the terminal equipment fluctuates greatly, even in low-speed operation, a servo motor should be used. This is because, considering factors such as performance enhancement, energy saving, linearity improvement, and system reliability, using a more expensive servo motor actually increases the overall cost.
