Many users charge their phones while sleeping at night and don't unplug them until they wake up the next morning. If this is based on a normal sleep schedule of eight hours a day, the phone will be charged for eight hours. However, our phones can actually be fully charged in two or three hours, and many manufacturers even have fast chargers that can complete the charging process in just one hour. Therefore, eight hours of charging time is already overcharging the phone battery.
Play while charging
Using your phone while charging is a common practice. When the battery is low, users often plug in the charger and continue playing games or watching videos. The phone itself heats up while charging, and using it while charging further increases this heat. This can damage the phone and increase the risk of overheating and even exploding. There have also been numerous news reports of electrical leakage when making calls while charging.
Too low or too high temperature
As living standards gradually improve, people enjoy going to saunas. The temperature inside a sauna is generally above 50℃. Using a mobile phone in such an environment can cause even greater temperature fluctuations and may damage the phone.
On the other hand, in the winter in Northeast China, the outdoor temperature is around -20°C. Many mobile phones, after being used outdoors for a while, suddenly drop from full battery to one percent, or even shut down completely, which also damages the phone battery.
