Many pieces of equipment follow industry standards, categorized by configuration and purpose, including model and specifications. The winding machine industry is no exception. As an essential tool in brushless motor production, the winding machine not only improves production efficiency but also ensures better product consistency. So, how are brushless motor winding machines classified by model and specifications? Let's take a look!
Classification of models and specifications of brushless motor winding machines:
I. By purpose:
1. Universal type: For ordinary stator products, the machine is generally highly versatile and can be used for a variety of product models. Only the mold needs to be changed.
2. Special type: Generally for large-volume single stator products or customized stator products. For products with high speed and precision requirements, it can be divided into high-speed winding machine and non-standard winding machine.
II. By configuration:
1. Servo motor: The winding machine is equipped with a servo motor and control system. For products with high stator winding difficulty or special requirements, the control is more accurate, the winding and wire arrangement accuracy is higher, and the cost is relatively higher.
2. Standard motor: This is generally for products with low requirements and less demanding wiring requirements. The cost will be lower. It is recommended to choose according to your product needs, just enough to meet your needs, and do not pursue the highest performance.
III. Classification by winding method:
1. Needle-type internal winding: Generally, the wire tip on the needle bar carries enameled wire and moves up and down or up and down reciprocatingly. At the same time, the mold moves left and right to wind the wire into the stator slot. It is suitable for products with the stator slot facing inward, such as water pumps, household appliances, power tools and other motor products. It is also suitable for external stators with special requirements.
2. Flying fork external winding: Generally, the flying fork winding method is used. Through the interaction of the grinding head, mold, stator rod, and guard plate, the enameled wire is wound into the stator slot. It is suitable for products with the slot facing outward, such as motor products such as model airplanes, fascia guns, and fans.
IV. Classified by number of workstations:
1. Single station: One station operates, mainly for stator products with high stack thickness, thick wire diameter, or large outer diameter, or products with high winding difficulty.
2. Dual station: Two stations operate simultaneously, suitable for products with general outer diameter and stacked thickness. It has a wide range of applications, strong versatility, and is applicable to most products. There are many different product models available.
3. Four-station: Generally designed for products with smaller outer diameter, finer wire diameter, and less winding difficulty. The winding speed is relatively fast and suitable for mass production.
4. Six-station: Based on the four-station system, two more stations are added to further increase output, speed and production efficiency, suitable for large-volume production of single products.
The above are the common models and specifications of brushless motor winding machines. Understanding these basic classifications will help you determine the positioning of your product and select the appropriate winding machine equipment based on product needs and design methods.
