What to do if a high-voltage frequency converter overheats? High-voltage frequency converter cooling equipment – air-water cooling system.

Brand : Andas Model: ontaz02

Air-to-Water Cooling Closed-Circuit Cooling System Product Overview:

The air-water cooled closed-loop cooling system is a high-voltage frequency converter cooling equipment system that integrates high efficiency, environmental protection, and energy saving. Its application technology is at the forefront in China. It has been widely promoted and applied in high-voltage, high-power frequency converter projects in industries such as power, steel, cement, coal, chemical, petroleum, and metallurgy. The high-voltage frequency converter cooling equipment system fundamentally solves the problems of high heat dissipation density and high equipment energy consumption, thereby improving system safety and reliability and reducing operating costs.

Installation method:

Air-water cooling systems can be installed outdoors or indoors depending on the site conditions. They are connected to the cooling fan of the high-voltage frequency converter through air ducts. The heat generated by the frequency converter during operation is directly recovered by the air-water cooling system and discharged indoors after heat exchange.

Basic principle of air-water cooled closed cooling system:

The hot air from the frequency converter is directly passed through an air-water cooling system via an air duct for heat exchange, where cooling water directly removes the heat lost by the frequency converter. The cooled air is then returned to the room. The air-water cooling system uses chilled water at a temperature below 33°C, ensuring that the ambient temperature inside the frequency converter room is maintained below 40°C after the hot air passes through the heat sink. This meets the frequency converter's environmental operating requirements and ensures a good operating environment for the frequency converter.

Features of the air-water cooled closed cooling system:

The system features low energy consumption, high cooling capacity, and large air volume;

The operating cost of the system is 1/3 to 1/4 of that of an air conditioner with the same heat exchange capacity;

In case of failure, ventilation cooling can be used without affecting equipment operation;

Lower initial investment, saving costs;

The equipment is easy and quick to install;

The equipment has a low failure rate and reliable performance;

The equipment has a long service life and requires minimal maintenance.

The indoor environment is sealed and cooled, clean and hygienic, and the frequency converter requires minimal maintenance.
