To address this, Shandong Zhongcheng Herun Technology Development Co., Ltd. has developed a temperature and vibration monitoring system using technologies such as IoT, wireless, embedded systems, vibration sensing, temperature sensing, low power consumption, and AIT encryption algorithms. By real-time detection of the equipment's temperature and vibration—two direct and effective indicators—the system monitors the equipment's operating status in real time, assisting equipment managers in identifying potential equipment problems and enabling proactive maintenance. This helps companies comprehensively improve their equipment management capabilities.

The system consists of three parts: sensors (vibration sensors, temperature sensors), wireless data acquisition devices, and a background monitoring system.

3. Configuration:
485: Configure the device address to the monitoring system.
4. Fix the sensor at the location where the measurement is required.
Magnetic: The sensor is directly attached to the vibration measurement position of the device.
For bolts: Tighten the ∮8×10mm bolts on the bottom of the sensor at the vibration measurement position of the equipment.
