This three-cup anemometer is an anemometer independently developed and manufactured by our company. It consists of a housing, anemometer cups, and a circuit module, and integrates a photoelectric conversion mechanism, an industrial microcomputer processor, a standard current generator, and a current driver.
The sensor housing and wind cup are made of aluminum alloy using a special die-casting process, resulting in extremely small dimensional tolerances and high surface precision. The internal circuitry is fully protected, giving the entire sensor high strength, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and water resistance. The cable connector is a plug with excellent corrosion and erosion resistance, ensuring long-term instrument use. Furthermore, the accompanying instruction manual for the wind speed sensor's internal imported bearing system ensures accurate wind speed data acquisition.
The circuit PCB uses high-grade materials to ensure parameter stability and electrical performance quality; the electronic components all use imported industrial-grade chips, which gives the whole system a highly reliable ability to resist electromagnetic interference and ensure that the host can work normally within the range of -20℃ to +50℃ and humidity of 35% to 85% (non-condensing).
