Gas-filled test transformers are testing equipment used for the inspection and preventative testing of power equipment. 1. Vibration analysis method.

Infrared thermal imaging technology uses an infrared detector to receive the infrared radiation signal of the target being measured, amplifies and processes it, converts it into a standard video signal, and then displays the infrared thermal image on a television screen or monitor.
3. Frequency response analysis method.
Frequency response analysis is an effective method for determining whether a transformer winding or lead structure has shifted. It works by measuring minute changes in inductance or capacitance to determine if the winding has undergone mechanical displacement.
Gas-filled test transformers must be tested before being put into operation to ensure that all parameters of the transformer meet the standards and reduce the possibility of transformer failure after power-on. This measure is not only to ensure the safe operation of the power plant, but also to comply with relevant national regulations and requirements.
