1. Semi-automation. This means that some parts of the production process uses automatic control and automatic devices, while other parts are carried out by manual operation of the machines.
2. Fully automated. This refers to a production process in which all steps, including feeding, unloading, and loading/unloading, are automated without human intervention (humans only indirectly supervise and monitor the machine's operation). Instead, the machines continuously and repeatedly produce one or a batch of products automatically.
Industrial automation equipment is a collective term for numerous automated products. Automated equipment completes tasks automatically according to pre-set instructions or programs without human intervention. It is widely used in manufacturing, food production lines, and electronics packaging lines, and also plays an important role in agriculture, logistics, and other industries.
Classification of industrial automation equipment
Industrial automation equipment mainly includes two categories: assembly line equipment and automated special-purpose machines.
1. Assembly line equipment: roller conveyor lines, belt conveyor lines, chain conveyor lines, drying conveyor lines, assembly lines, differential chain conveyor lines, component insertion conveyor lines, and assembly lines, etc.;
2. Automated special-purpose machines: baking ovens, industrial ovens, drilling machines, riveting machines, elevators, transplanting machines, shrinking machines, etc.
Features of industrial automation equipment
1. Highly automated process, requiring no manual operation;
2. High work efficiency, improving enterprise production efficiency;
3. The entire production process is stable, improving product consistency;
4. Suitable for mass production, reducing enterprise production costs.
