The photovoltaic modules are mainly installed using an overhead mounting method along the slope, while the vertical distance between the modules and the roof meets the requirements for installation and ventilation. The photovoltaic array is laid parallel to the roof, and the support structure uses steel embedded parts in a dot-matrix fixed beam configuration.
2. Flat roof installation method
The structural selection for flat roofs can be based on the actual construction of the roof surface, choosing a suitable support system, with the tilt angle corresponding to the maximum annual power generation in the local area as the installation tilt angle for the support. Furthermore, the waterproofing layer of the photovoltaic system on a flat roof is crucial; waterproof membranes, cement mortar protective layers, and tiles should be used to ensure proper waterproofing.

Corrugated steel roofing sheets are typically used in family-run factories or large industrial plants. The difference between their installation and that of pitched roofs lies in the installation method of the supports. If the roof's structural load-bearing capacity is sufficient, the slope can be increased to widen the installation angle.
