II. ZDevelop Development Platform

ZDevelop is a one-stop, green, installation-free development software launched by Zheng Motion Technology, integrating machine vision and motion control functions. It supports ZBasic, ZPLC ladder diagrams, and more.

It supports secondary development such as ZHMI configuration and ZVision machine vision, and can perform mixed programming, real-time simulation, online tracking, diagnosis and debugging, so as to quickly realize the development of systems such as visual positioning, measurement, recognition, detection and complex motion control of intelligent equipment.

III. Motion Control Development, Simulation, and Debugging Based on ZDevelop

With the ZDevelop development platform, users can easily edit and configure the VPLC series of vision motion control all-in-one machines, quickly develop applications, monitor axis operating parameters in real time, and debug the program running on the controller in real time, supporting both Chinese and English environments.

ZDevelop offers three programming modes: ZBasic, ZPLC, and ZHMI. These modes can run in a multi-tasking manner, with ZBasic allowing for multi-tasking and mixed programming with ZPLC and ZHMI.

The oscilloscope window can capture various data information such as the speed curve and position change curve of the motion axis of the vision motion all-in-one machine, and is a commonly used tool for program debugging and anomaly diagnosis.

IV. Machine Vision Development, Simulation, and Debugging Based on ZDevelop

The ZDevelop development platform makes it easy to develop, simulate, and debug machine vision applications for the VPLC series of vision motion control all-in-one machines. Currently, it supports functions such as vision calibration, positioning, measurement, recognition, and detection, covering applications in industries such as 3C electronics, lasers, printing and packaging, robotics, and textiles and leather.

The ZDevelop software package comes with a built-in emulator, allowing connection for simulation and debugging even without a controller. The emulator's IP address is 127.0.0.1. The "Display" button on the emulator opens the HMI configuration interface, as shown in the image below. The configuration interface displays camera-captured images and visual matching positioning processing information, among other things.

ZDevelop's built-in ZHMI interface development allows customers to quickly create project interfaces, which can then be displayed on a touchscreen or a high-definition display with an HDMI port via the controller's network port or HDMI interface. ZDevelop's built-in xplc screen real-time interface also allows connection to the vision motion control all-in-one machine via IP address on a PC, facilitating the debugging and diagnostics of vision projects.
