The fully automatic CNC rebar bending machine solution from Zhengxian Electric consists of a touch screen (HMI), a programmable logic controller (PLC), a servo driver, and sensors.
Touchscreen (HMI): Primarily responsible for data display and settings, as well as displaying the data of the reinforcing bars in a graphical manner.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): Responsible for bending steel bars into shape according to the data set on the touch screen (HMI) and the pre-written program.
Servo driver: Accepts and executes instructions from a programmable logic controller (PLC).
Fully closed-loop servo PG card: The wire feeding servo axis uses a PG card to achieve fully closed-loop control, with the actual position fed back in real time by the encoder of the wire feeding mechanism.
