Solution Analysis
The packaging machine solution uses the Hexin CTH300 series bus-type motion controller H32 as the main controller, and controls 6 sets of A4N servo drive systems through EtherCAT bus to achieve: ① single side push of the tissue box, ② push the whole pack of tissues down to the waiting position, ③ pick up the packaging bag, ④ send the bag to the packaging position, ⑤ open the bag, ⑥ push the whole pack of tissues into the packaging, thus realizing the packaging bag.
