A lithium battery pack refers to the assembly and production of lithium batteries, also known as a lithium battery pack. A pack refers to the customized packaging, encapsulation, and assembly of lithium batteries, with the main processes divided into three parts: processing, assembly, and packaging. When several modules are jointly controlled or managed by a BMS and a thermal management system, this unified whole is called a lithium battery pack.
Composition of a lithium battery pack:
A lithium battery pack typically consists of a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte, a separator, and a battery casing. It is usually composed of multiple battery cells and includes a battery management system (BMS), which is the final product provided to the user by the lithium battery manufacturer. Lithium battery pack casings are made of two materials: aluminum and steel, and there are also soft-pack and hard-pack designs.
Features of lithium battery packs:
1. The functions are complete and can be used directly.
2. Diversity: one need can be fulfilled in multiple ways.
3. Long service life.
4. Each lithium battery pack can fully utilize the battery's energy, making it safe and reliable.
Currently, lithium battery packs are widely used in the consumer electronics market, covering mobile phones, laptops, game consoles, digital cameras, portable devices, and more.
