A blister packaging machine is a machine that uses transparent plastic film or sheet to form blister packs and seals the product between the blister pack and the base plate using methods such as heat sealing and bonding.
① Process flow of flat-plate blister pack machine:
The forming film is heated and softened by a flat heating device. In the flat forming device, compressed air is used to blow the softened film into a blister. The filling device fills the packaged goods into the blister and then sends it to the flat sealing device. Under appropriate temperature and pressure, the covering film and the forming film are sealed together. The batch number is then printed and the fold line is pressed out by the printing and stamping device. Finally, the punching device punches and cuts the product into product plates of the specified size.
