Functional characteristics of palletizing robots

3. High adaptability. If the size, volume, shape, and overall dimensions of the customer's tablet change, only minor modifications to the touchscreen are needed that do not affect the customer's normal production. Mechanical forklifts are very troublesome and may even be impossible to replace.
4. Low power consumption. Typically, mechanical pallet machines consume about 26 kilowatts, while pallet robots consume about 5 kilowatts, which significantly reduces customers' operating costs.
5. All controls can be operated on the control cabinet display screen, making operation very simple.

The causes of malfunctions in the palletizing robot are as follows:
1. No signal when the photoelectric switch is in position.
Troubleshooting methods: Check if the transmitting and receiving ends of the photoelectric switch are aligned, if the photoelectric reflective switch and reflector are aligned, if the distance between the positive reflective switch and the observed object is appropriate, and if there are any foreign objects obstructing the view. For the photoelectric switch: check if the connecting wires are loose or broken, and if the switch is damaged.
2. Check if there are any errors in the forklift's electromechanical solenoid valves.
Solution: Exercise caution when handling stacking robot errors. If the equipment malfunctions, press the stop button on the control panel or on-site to prevent incorrect startup.
3. When the cylinder moves, the magnetic switch of the cylinder does not give a signal.
Solution: If the magnetic ring switch is incorrectly positioned, connect the magnetic ring switch to illuminate the indicator light, and then connect the magnetic ring switch. The cylinder rod is not fully secured or pulled back to its original position; therefore, adjust the cylinder seals to extend or fully retract the cylinder rod.
In addition, if any parts of the palletizing robot are damaged, spare parts can be replaced. After the production line is running normally, damaged parts can be repaired to prevent further production disruptions. Approaching the equipment without pressing the stop button is strictly prohibited to avoid personal injury.
