This series of industrial connectors is mainly used in the automotive manufacturing and 3C electronics manufacturing industries, helping companies achieve high-speed switching and stable transmission in production processes. The QCM series includes a female terminal (socket side) and a male terminal (plug side). The female terminal connects to the power supply, air supply, cylinder, etc., and is fixed at the workstation. The male terminal connects to the equipment, workpiece, moving tooling, etc., and can move with the equipment. By plugging and unplugging the male and female terminals, the electrical and pneumatic channels can be closed or opened.
The QCM series of industrial connectors from Qiaotian features extremely low contact resistance, ensuring low temperature rise even when high current is passed through, thus achieving safe connection and media transmission between mobile stations; at the same time, a mating life of approximately 100,000 cycles ensures stable output for long-term mating connections, reducing customers' additional spare parts and maintenance costs.
Currently, the QCM series of industrial connectors from Qiaotian has integrated modules such as voltage/current, I/O signals, compressed air, high voltage, small diameter air connectors, and single-sided self-sealing connectors, and can be customized for users.
