Equipment Introduction
Structural composition: The carousel equipment is divided into a top, middle and bottom section, with a central column running through the top, middle and bottom of the entire equipment.
The top of the equipment consists of an umbrella frame, an outer edge of the umbrella frame, connecting rods for the umbrella frame, umbrella fabric, and umbrella fabric ropes. Combined with the surrounding fiberglass decorations, a crown ball, polycarbonate panels, and light troughs, it forms a beautiful roof. The middle section of the equipment is mainly connected by a central fiberglass waist, outer support rods, and a central horse pole. The horse pole runs through the horse's body, stirrups, and the lower horse cover.
The bottom of the equipment consists of a motor, a large disc, rails, rail connecting rods, wheels, and external decorations. It rotates by being driven by the motor.
System Configuration
The on-site carousel transmission system uses the ENA100 series vector frequency converter to drive a three-phase asynchronous motor to rotate the large disc. The speed can be adjusted in real time according to the operating requirements to control the carousel to start and stop smoothly.
