Different energy storage materials have different characteristics. For example, sodium-ion batteries have higher capacity and lower cost than lithium-ion batteries, but their stability is poor. Although metal-air batteries have high energy density, they still suffer from problems such as oxygen and acidic electrolyte corrosion.
