They are soft and durable, not easily torn, and can be used for daily cleaning to wipe items and remove dirt. The wet towel folding and packaging machine is mainly used to produce individually bagged wet towels. It ultrasonically cuts the rolled raw materials to the set size, and then produces single-bag wet towels through multiple processes such as folding, shaping, and heat sealing.

The Hechuan wet towel folding packaging machine solution is mainly divided into 8 stations: towel feeding, ultrasonic knife rotary cutting, three-fold folding, phase coupling, color mark knife alignment, pillow bag sealing, pressure exhaust, rotary cutting and heat sealing.
Towel application:
The paper feed shaft unwinds the roll of towels and places them into the rotary cutting station at a set speed.
Ultrasonic scalpel rotary cutting:
The paper cutter cuts the towel into the specified size.
Coupled packaging:
Online computation of towel packaging coupling angle.
Color mark matching knife:
The color mark photoelectric sensor detects the position of the packaging bag in real time. If the position of the color mark deviates to a certain extent, the equipment will automatically track the mark to compensate and ensure the cutting accuracy.
Pillowcase sealing:
Pillow bag sealing machinery heat-seals the top of the packaging bag.
Pressure exhaust:
Air is being expelled from the left.
Rotary heat sealing:
The sealing shaft cuts and heat-seals both ends of the packaging bag.
